the alcohol, beer or wine?

We provide our clients with three options.
(1) The client can provide their own alcohol
while we provide them with a complimentary
beverage consultation to help them estimate
exactly how much alcohol to purchase based
upon their guest count (2) We have open bar
packages where we can provide the alcohol
for you (3) We can also provide cash bar
services.
Q2) What do I need
to provide?
A2) It depends on which
type of services you want us to provide. We have all
inclusive packages that include the alcohol, cups, ice, garnishes, juices, soda,
mixers, water, bar equipment
and much more. If our clients prefer to provide the

Q3) How much
alcohol do I need to purchase if decide to provide
it?
A3) We will provide you
with a complimentary beverage consultation to help
you estimate exactly how much alcohol to purchase
based upon your guest count. We can also help you
select your beverage menu!
Q4) How many bartenders do I need?
A4)
Per industry standard, we recommend 1 bartender for
every 75 guests.
We have discounts when you hire multiple bartenders.
Q5) What does Premier Bartending provide?
A5)
We provide the Certified Bartender(s), ice
coolers, the bar set-up, napkins, straws, and all the basic bar tools and supplies
required to serve the drinks.
We may include garnishes, cups, juices, soda and

Q6) What will the bartender wear?
A6) Based upon the
formality of your event, our bartenders will be
professionally dressed. This can be discussed during
our pre-event consultation.
Q7) Do you require a deposit?
A7) No, we make things
simple. We will hold your date with a credit card
and your card will not be charged until the day of
the event.
Q8) Do you have time blocks or hourly minimums?
A8) We are flexible and
customize your event even down to the time. So if
you need us for 2 hours or 6 hours, we can
accommodate you with no extra costs for unused time!!
Q9) What about gratuity? How do I tip the
bartender?
A9) You may express your
gratuity by allowing our bartenders to utilize a tip
jar in the bar area - OR - you may provide a cash
gratuity directly to the bartender at the end of the
event.
Q10) What will the bartenders bring?
A10) All basic bar
supplies and tools including (shakers, ice scooper,
bottle/wine opener, speed pours, drink stirrers,
napkins, napkin caddy, fruit garnishment tray,
cutting board, paring knife,
margarita salt,
bar mats, napkin caddies,
coolers, etc.)
Q11) Which forms of payments are accepted?
A11) We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
PayPal, Google Checkout or cash.
Q12) Female or Male Staff?
A12) We will take requests, but can guarantee a
preference only with advanced booking.
Q13.) Are you insured and licensed?
A.13) Yes, all of our bartenders are
certified/licensed and we carry general liability
insurance.
Q.14.)Why should I hire a professional bartender?
A14.) There are many reasons why you should hire a
professional bartender for your event. First, the
bartender is the life of the party! You definitely
want somebody with experience, that can make great
drinks, and ensure people are having a good time.
Furthermore, it lessens the possibility of people
over serving themselves at an open, self-serve bar.
Hiring a bartender will also save you tons of money
because bartenders employ industry standard portion
control techniques. It also takes the stress out of
the event. We make sure that everything is taken
care of so you can enjoy the night! Believe me, you
will receive compliments all night long when you
hire a professional bartender!
